 Hey everyone, one method that I’ve learned for managing your overthinking is meditation. 

Now I’m going to explain meditation a little bit because it is a very good method to help you with your overthinking. 

And what happened is that when you are doing meditation, (mindfulness meditation) Your goal is to focus your mind on your breathing. 

So, you are practising focusing your mind on your breathing. Now your mind is a powerful instrument, and your mind will always drift.  Therefore, the Aim of the game is to bring back your mind. 

You must bring your mind back to that breeding. 

And the more you practice bringing back your mind within the present. It is training your mind to focus your thinking. I’ve been doing this for a couple of weeks.  And one time I did it for 45 minutes close to an hour.  Because around that time, I was thinking a lot, and because I did that meditation, I was able to focus my mind again 

Meditation is really a great method to help your overthinking and that’s why I’m taking a little time to explain meditation because I know sometimes meditation can be looked upon as something negative, I.e., on the negative spiritual side of it.
